��, a Crystal Clean company, and a leader in environmental and industrial services, has expanded its nationwide footprint with the strategic addition of five locations in the Midwest and Eastern U.S. The offices in Grand Rapids, MI; Toledo, OH; Richmond, VA; Charlotte, NC; and Tampa, FL extend ��’s capabilities and strengthen customer support across the Midwest and Southeast. This strategic expansion reinforces ��’s mission to deliver safe, compliant, and responsive solutions to customers across a broad range of industries.

Through the Grand Rapids, MI facility, �� will leverage bulk liquid waste logistics and industrial and field services capabilities to better serve customers in the Midwest. Tyler Gilbert serves as Branch Operations Manager, overseeing local operations and leading service delivery in this key market.

A new office in Toledo, OH, serves as an important hub for expanding service across Ohio and surrounding states. The office is led by Bill Cedoz, Branch Operations Manager, who has more than 30 years of industrial and environmental experience. Cedoz’s leadership ensures the Toledo branch is well positioned to meet customers’ needs for specialized waste management and industrial services, backed by ��’s nationwide resources.

It started with drought. After months of measurable dryness across Southern California, the landscape was a tinderbox. Then the Santa Ana winds arrived—hot, fast, and relentless— turning the Palisades and Eaton fires into unstoppable forces. In mere days, entire neighborhoods were reduced to ash. ��s, cars, and communities were lost. Toxic debris and hazardous materials were left behind. It wasn’t just
destruction—it was danger. �� was already on California’s disaster response list. When the call came, we moved fast. Contracted through EQM on behalf of the EPA, we mobilized for full-scale hazardous materials removal from fire impacted sites.

This Is What We’re Made For.

By March, we had deployed 92 team members, rotated for endurance, and navigated everything from dense fog to punishing heat. We removed hazardous materials with precision—often with nothing but hand tools—creating safe conditions for residents, responders, and rebuilding crews. This is what it means to stand between disaster and recovery. To do the gritty, essential work that helps a community begin again.

�� Announces Opening of Its Newest Regional Office in Phoenix, Ariz.

�� (“��”) today announced the opening of its newest regional environmental services office in Phoenix, Arizona, broadening its geographic reach to fill a previously underserved region.

Centrally located just south of downtown Phoenix, the office is fully staffed and equipped with environmental emergency response equipment, vacuum trucks, support equipment and roll-offs.

“From this new location, environmental services crews are able to serve the whole of Arizona,” said �� President Josh Teves.

The new office will provide emergency response, industrial services, and waste transportation and disposal services. “All amenities,” Teves noted, “that will fulfill the need in the area.”

“We heard from our customers and are thrilled about our investment in the Phoenix area and our expanded service offerings to the Southwest,” said �� CEO Kent Bartley. “We are committed to providing the safest, highest-quality environmental and industrial services.”

The Phoenix location establishes a single point to provide environmental and industrial services support to industries including manufacturing, pharmaceutical and biotech, electronics and semiconductor manufacturing, chemical, agriculture, and mining operations.

In the long term, according to Teves, the plan is to layer in additional services and continue the expansion.

Wastewater Treatment Facility Purchase Further Establishes ��s’ Market Position

�� announced today the acquisition of a centralized wastewater treatment facility located in Portland, Oregon from PPV, Inc.

In addition to wastewater treatment operations, �� is launching a regional environmental services office — bringing its emergency response, biohazardous decontamination, industrial cleaning, and waste management expertise, along with its exceptional safety and compliance record, to the Pacific Northwest for the first time.

Operating since 2012 and located in the busy Northwest Industrial Area of Portland, Oregon, the facility has the capability to process up to 50 million gallons of wastewater per year through a state-of-the-art treatment system including an onsite laboratory and solid separation technology for waste streams with substantial suspended sediment (e.g., muds and sludges). Additionally, the facility is equipped with a fleet of tanker trucks, bin trucks, air movers, and sludge trailers providing transportation services to clients requiring cradle-to-grave management of their waste streams–from the point of generation all the way to final disposal.

“At ��, our focus is on providing clients with our rapid, quality environmental solutions regardless of the time or day. In addition, our facilities, compliance expertise and treatment technologies are a core offering we provide to the marketplace,” says �� President of Waste Services, Josh Teves.
